2026 Playoff Pool
FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY
Playoff Pool etiquette
A quick reminder to all. Please be aware the preferred method for submitting picks is, and always has been, email.  Alternate methods of submitting picks should be used only when absolutely necessary!  When emailing, please be clear.  Suggest putting each pick on a separate line.  Indicate bullets and over/unders clearly.  Try not to use tiny font sizes (14 pt. or larger works!)  Also, please avoid sending your picks 'piecemeal'  in multiple emails.  (some of you still haven't gotten the memo on this!) It should only require one email per week to send your picks.  Not a requirement....it just helps.   Lastly, BE ON TIME!  Avoid sending your picks last minute.  I like to have everyone accounted-for in plenty of time to watch the games.
EARLY PICKS ARE ENCOURAGED AND RECOMMENDED.  THE DAY OR NIGHT BEFORE IS GREAT!

Week 2 Recap
Strongarm1 pulls off a miraculous 11-1 week to rocket from dead last place all the way up to 5th place in the overall standings!  Amazing!  Goes to show that you're never out of it after 1 bad week.  Strongarm wins the 150 weekly prize, finishing mere percentage points ahead of Dev/Trev, who finished 6-1 for the week.  Way to go!  Another 150 up for grabs in week 3.  Who wants it?!  The new overall leader thru week 2 is Capps (14-4), followed closely by DMack/Glenn (14-5) and last year's winner, The Terrible T (10-4).  Good luck all.

Week 3 Recap
Congrats to The Nature Boy who posts a perfect 5-0 to win the 150 weekly prize for week 3, edging out Mongoose, Imphishy and Jets Express who all posted 4-0 for the week.  The winning week propels Nature Boy into the overall lead with a record of 17-7.  Nice job, NB.
DMack/Glenn (16-7) and Mongoose (16-7) round out the top 3.  In all, 13 out of 31 players are still in contention for the 1st thru 3rd place prize money.  Should be an interesting Super Bowl week!
Remember to use your bullets and over/unders!!
Unfortunately, this advise comes too late for a few of you, who will have to receive losses for unused bullets and/or over/unders in week 4.  However, on a positive note, 19 of us have got the required 1 over/under and (at least) 1 bullet remaining to be eligible for the final 150 weekly prize of the year.  Who wants it?!
All over but the cryin'
With no chance at the 1st-thru-3rd place prize money and lacking the elegibility requirements for a weekly win in week 4, it's time to say goodbye to Strongarm2Swinging JohnsonHastyMatt WColin M, and Brian T.  Thanks for playing, Guys.  What have we got for the losers, Johnny?!
